Honda Malaysia brought the CR-V in the country in 2017 to occupy the premium SUV segment. The new CR-V, which is in its fifth-generation, has got its own USPs over its rivals. Available in four variants with two engine options – a 1.5-litre turbocharged unit with 193 PS and 243 Nm of torque and 2.0-litre naturally aspirated unit that churns out 154 PS and 189 Nm of torque .
The pricing of the CR-V starts at RM 134,384 and goes all the way up to RM 158,225. Since the CR-V has made its debut in Malaysia last year only, chances of it getting a major upgrade anytime soon are slim. However, the latest CR-V in the European market and even in our neighboring country Thailand is available in a 7-seat variant which we do not get here in Malaysia.
